I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and bright, perfect for sitting at a table in the room and enjoying a meal. The room was tastefully decorated with an exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee, biscuits, and water were all available in the room. However, the service had a slight hiccup with one dish missing from the order, and there was no clarity on the 'pie of the day. ' The staff was friendly and accommodating overall. The location was convenient for a quiet and peaceful overnight getaway, although some noise was present. The dining experience offered a variety of options, but a cooked breakfast choice would have been preferred. The facilities were satisfactory for a short stay.
